When someone passes away, those dealing with their affairs need to obtain the legal right to deal with their estate (their property, money and possessions). The legal right to deal with someone’s estate, a Grant of Representation, is known as a Grant of Probate (when someone has a will) or Letters of Administration (if someone dies without a will – ‘intestate’).
The Moving Hub is able to act in all probate matters, no matter how large or small the estate, we appreciate that it represents a lifetime’s hard work. We take pride in providing an understanding, sympathetic and professional service during the whole probate process – from the death of a loved one, to the obtaining of grant of probate, administration of the estate and final distribution of bequests and assets to the beneficiaries.
